This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Drive the sales strategy and implementation for the designated region to ensure optimal market penetration and growth for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.
• Manage and monitor top-line performance and resource distribution in alignment with regional priorities.
• Oversee the formulation of account strategies and execution plans aimed at expanding both Facial and the entire portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Facial and SkinMedica Sales Representatives in alignment with regional goals.
• Collaborate with the direct team and other relevant product teams to pinpoint specific cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio sales teams and allocate resources effectively to implement aligned strategies.
• Work closely with key stakeholders, including Allergan Practice Consultants (APC) and Allergan Digital Consultants (ADC), to enhance engagement with top accounts in each region.
• Foster relationships with business owners of regional strategic accounts and spearhead the development of account plans within the regional pod.
• Assist in the execution of National Account strategies at the ship-to level.
• Conduct regional pod meetings to ensure consistent execution across top accounts and to identify strategies and tactics for growing the Allergan Aesthetics business, particularly in top Facial accounts.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and sales management, with marketing experience being advantageous.
• Proven success in Sales Management with a positive history of leading teams in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Consumer Sales sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of the aesthetics industry, along with experience in a direct sales/cash environment (B2B).
• Experience in physician/account-based selling, training, marketing, and business development is desirable.
• Experience leading in a cross-functional team environment is required.
