This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take responsibility for regional revenue, bookings, and pipeline objectives across the Americas while ensuring consistent performance relative to commercial goals.
• Formulate and implement territory-specific and country-specific go-to-market strategies that align with business priorities, customer opportunities, and prevailing market conditions.
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate an enterprise pipeline within the retail, ecommerce, logistics, and broader commerce sectors.
• Drive the acquisition of new logos while nurturing strategic relationships within existing accounts to enhance long-term customer value.
• Manage end-to-end enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal crafting, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Develop and sustain trustworthy relationships with CXOs, senior decision-makers, and key influencers within target client organizations.
• Guide and empower account executives, sales development representatives, and partner-led sales initiatives to achieve strong regional outcomes.
• Establish operational rigor surrounding forecasting, opportunity management, pipeline cleanliness, and CRM discipline to ensure precise business visibility.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance demand generation and market activation initiatives.
• Keep a pulse on market trends, competitive actions, customer requirements, and emerging opportunities to shape sales strategy and business planning.
• Serve as the voice of the market by providing customer insights, competitive intelligence, and regional opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of scalable sales practices, operational rhythms, and regional execution models that facilitate sustained business growth.
• A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in place of an educational requirement, if applicable.
• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
• Significant experience operating in the Americas market.
• Proven success in managing intricate enterprise sales cycles and achieving revenue and pipeline targets.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and building relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate market opportunities into executable commercial strategies.
