This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Implement strategic sales initiatives to drive annual revenue while fostering long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle, starting from initial prospecting and lead qualification through to final closure and post-sale assistance.

• Leverage market intelligence and customer insights to devise and execute strategies that further corporate business goals.

• Act as a subject matter expert, providing clients with advice on product applications, technical specifications, pricing, and credit terms.

• Lead critical negotiations to secure advantageous terms and finalize significant sales contracts.

• Enhance the company's visibility and influence within the engineering sector to ensure product preference.

• Collaborate effectively with Project Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to guarantee smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Keep precise sales records and deliver regular updates on activity and territory performance to leadership.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of high-performing sales experience in the construction or precast sectors, with a proven history of achieving or surpassing revenue goals.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or sales is highly preferred (equivalent industry experience will be considered).

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to effectively manage the territory.

• A valid driver’s license is essential.

• Capacity to translate complex engineering ideas into value-driven sales presentations for technical stakeholders.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong math skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

• Familiarity with a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
