This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage and orchestrate the entire deal cycle until closure.
• Develop a sales pipeline and engage with large Enterprise accounts across various industry sectors.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and platforms to research accounts, customize outreach, and uncover insights that enhance targeting and boost conversion rates.
• Regularly assess pipeline and performance data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities, sharing insights with sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Operate at a fast pace and engage in discussions with a variety of stakeholders, from HR to Digital Transformation, as well as C-suite executives.
• Identify and initiate targeted prospecting efforts for accounts in critical industry sectors.
• Pinpoint qualified opportunities and cultivate a diverse sales pipeline with direct customers.
• Oversee pipeline activities, including advancing deals through presentations, proposals, and pilots; ensure consistent deal progression to closure.
• Recognize key stakeholders and comprehend their business requirements, articulating how Correlation One can address their challenges.
• Understand budgets, procurement timelines, and associated requirements.
• Develop and manage proposals, conduct price negotiations, and finalize contracts.
• Drive deals to closure, achieving sales quota objectives.
• Provide regular sales updates, including metrics for meetings, opportunities, pilots, and deal closures, to executive management.
• Build and nurture business relationships with strategic partners that align their product offerings with Correlation One's services.
• Collect competitive intelligence and insights related to industry trends, sharing findings with sales, marketing, product management, and executive leadership.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Enterprise sales.
• Proven success in building a pipeline and closing seven-figure business deals while exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated capability to leverage data and analytics to shape sales strategies, prioritize pipeline efforts, and forecast accurately.
• Proficient with AI-powered sales tools (e.g., conversational intelligence, predictive analytics, CRM enrichment) to enhance prospecting efficiency and deal velocity.
• Comfortable interpreting and presenting data-driven insights to executive stakeholders to build business cases and expedite decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow-up skills are essential.
• A hunter mentality is imperative.
• Ability to work creatively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong aptitude for qualifying opportunities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Capability to establish a sales strategy and effectively execute and achieve goals and action plans.
