This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee, nurture, and grow the current customer base in your designated sales area (Northern or Eastern Germany).
β’ Discover new opportunities and foster lasting customer relationships within technically complex B2B markets.
β’ Provide expert advice on industry-specific technical solutions and support projects from the initial contact through to the proposal stage.
β’ Work closely with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Engineering, Production, and Quality Management.
β’ Keep an eye on market and competitor trends to develop effective sales strategies.
β’ Utilize your technical expertise during customer interactions and collaborate with internal specialists to enhance solutions.
β’ Proven experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in field sales or account management.
β’ Strong technical understanding and the capacity to grasp complex, detailed products and industrial applications.
β’ Familiarity with sectors such as industrial equipment, technical components, fittings, valves, aerospace, pharmaceuticals/biotech, food & beverage, or similar technical markets is beneficial.
β’ Relevant vocational training in a technical or commercial field, a pertinent degree, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ Proficient in German communication; English proficiency is a plus.
β’ Organized, dependable, and proactive work approach, along with excellent communication, customer focus, and closing abilities.
β’ Willingness to travel for regular customer meetings in Northern or Eastern Germany.
β’ Permanent employment contract.
