This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Accountable for acquiring new clients within the UK and Scandinavian regions.
β’ Manage inbound opportunities from demonstration to closure.
β’ Actively participate in responding to proposals.
β’ Expand connections with HR and training decision-makers.
β’ Formulate effective sales strategies to finalize deals.
β’ Possibility to transition into other roles after 2 or 3 years of sustained success.
β’ Over 3 years of experience in a sales position, preferably in the SaaS sector or significant experience in strategy consulting.
β’ Proven experience in delivering complex software/platform demonstrations during the sales process.
β’ Capability to forge strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all organizational levels.
β’ Exceptional active listening abilities and a collaborative "Team Player" mentality.
β’ Basic understanding of HR culture would be advantageous!
β’ Proficient in English (US/UK).
