• Identify, engage, and secure new dealership clients through face-to-face meetings, outreach efforts, referrals, and networking.
• Provide engaging demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate business value.
• Build trust with dealership decision-makers while assessing their operational and payment requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract conditions to safeguard margins and enhance customer value.
• Regularly achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry developments—particularly regarding payments compliance by state.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and deliver clear sales performance reports.
• Collaborate with Payments Deployment and Training teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to foster overall growth.
• Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive sector and/or payments industry.
• Proficient in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable selling complex, value-oriented SaaS solutions.
• Highly self-driven with the capability to work autonomously in the field.
• Technologically proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools.
• Flexible, open to coaching, and receptive to constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across a multi-state territory.
