This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at achieving or surpassing revenue objectives within the designated region.
• Take ownership of territory performance by pinpointing high-value opportunities, prioritizing accounts, and fostering consistent pipeline growth.
• Align sales initiatives with broader company goals and objectives for market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects through proactive networking, prospecting, and lead generation efforts.
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified leads across carriers, attorneys, and related stakeholders.
• Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that effectively communicate MDpanel’s value proposition and unique differentiators.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy and unearth growth opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a regional or territory-focused role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven setting.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling capabilities.
• Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or field-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tracking applications.
• This position is eligible for commissions.
