This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for both new and existing dispensary locations within a designated territory.
• Identify and qualify new dispensary accounts through outbound initiatives, events, and referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline in HubSpot that exceeds 4x quota, ensuring clear next steps for each prospect.
• Continuously create new opportunities while progressing ongoing deals.
• Develop territory strategies to focus on high-potential market operators.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the cannabis retail sector.
• Conduct discovery sessions, ROI-focused demonstrations, and complex negotiations with decision-makers.
• Finalize bundled SaaS contracts that include POS, payment solutions, and e-commerce.
• Construct business cases that demonstrate operational and financial value.
• Oversee accurate deal stages and action plans within HubSpot.
• Provide weekly forecasts including committed, best-case, and upside projections.
• Ensure high-quality CRM data and maintain consistent forecast accuracy.
• Track funnel metrics and overall pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams on campaigns and strategic opportunities.
• Gather trends and feedback to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a demonstrated success record.
• Expertise in full-cycle sales, from prospecting to closing.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or retail technology.
• Capability to articulate ROI and business impact to stakeholders.
• Proficient in HubSpot, virtual demonstrations, and BANT methodologies.
• Strong communication skills complemented by high emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to travel for regional events and meetings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the cannabis industry or retail technology; proven success in selling premium products in fast-growing startup settings; established connections within cannabis markets.
• Travel: Requires 25–50% regional travel for client meetings and industry events.
