This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, oversee, and operate within the designated territory to enhance sales revenue and profitability.
• Sustain existing business relationships with current accounts while identifying and securing new business prospects within these accounts.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Understand and integrate the strategies of the Group Purchasing Organization, IDN, National Clinical Reference Lab, and Local Healthcare Delivery Network into daily sales tactics and revenue growth plans.
• Meet sales targets across all Focus Product categories.
• Achieve weekly sales call objectives to maximize productivity and business potential.
• Employ sales techniques to establish priorities, create a growth plan for the territory, and develop account strategies and tactics to meet revenue growth targets.
• Utilize the client relationship management (CRM) system's monthly forecasting tool to measure, monitor, and strategize new business opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance customer experience, devise mutually beneficial solutions, and drive sales growth.
• Educate medical staff regarding the advantages of products.
• Provide product demonstrations and ongoing support.
• Maintain a productive relationship with distribution partners within the territory.
• Diligently update the CRM system daily with activities related to business accounts, next steps, account profiles, opportunities, and key decision-makers to assist in strategic planning and execution.
• Ensure the company vehicle is kept in a mechanically sound, clean, and safe condition.
• Maintain sales samples and literature in a tidy and presentable state.
• Conduct inventory checks and order replacement materials as necessary.
• Responsible for keeping company equipment in the same condition as received.
• Complete and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to Sales Management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Escalate matters to sales management when necessary.
• Plan territory coverage to ensure timely submission of itineraries to sales management.
• Cover the entire territory, which may involve overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Science is required.
• A minimum of two years of sales experience in a complex selling environment, preferably in laboratory diagnostics.
• Proven record of consistent sales growth over time.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with strong consultative, persuasive, and relationship-building sales skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Confident, persistent, patient, and self-motivated.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing and balancing workloads to meet strict deadlines while performing under pressure in a fast-paced sales setting; proficient in negotiating and executing contracts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level or higher.
• Must demonstrate superior product knowledge across all product lines.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative skills are essential.
