
Regional Sales Excellence – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the regional implementation of Sales Excellence initiatives, encompassing enablement, AI readiness, sales methodology, discovery, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, forecast discipline, value selling, and deal execution.
• Equip sellers with the confidence to articulate Creatio’s agentic CRM and workflow platform, which includes AI agents, no-code automation, CRM for sales, service, and marketing, industry-specific workflows, and the unique value of Creatio in terms of speed, flexibility, productivity, and ROI.
• Convert Creatio’s AI and no-code messaging into actionable tools for sellers, including talk tracks, objection handling strategies, discovery questions, demo preparation guidance, and resources for opportunity execution.
• Collaborate with regional sales leaders to pinpoint execution gaps and transform them into focused enablement programs, field tools, certifications, and reinforcement sessions.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by facilitating the adoption of Creatio’s sales process, MEDDPICC discipline, AI messaging, no-code value proposition, discovery expectations, demo standards, mutual action plans, business case development, and forecast hygiene.
• Develop and customize regional enablement materials, such as playbooks, field guides, talk tracks, AI positioning, competitive messaging, sales motions, certification resources, and practical deal-support assets.
• Lead regional enablement sessions with a strong presence, credibility, and the ability to engage Account Executives (AEs), managers, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Sales Consultants (SCs), partners, and regional leadership.
• Empower the field to link Creatio’s AI capabilities to quantifiable customer outcomes, including enhanced seller productivity, quicker lead response, decreased manual effort, faster implementation, improved customer engagement, and greater operational efficiency.
• Evaluate the impact of enablement through metrics such as ramp progress, certification completion, pipeline quality, forecast hygiene, sales process adoption, seller engagement, and revenue results.
• Serve as a reliable regional partner to the field while ensuring that global Sales Excellence standards are consistently applied and reinforced.
• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales enablement, revenue enablement, field readiness, go-to-market transformation, or sales productivity.
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role is essential; the candidate must have firsthand experience in enterprise selling.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI in enterprise software, including the ability to clearly articulate AI agents, agentic workflows, customer value, business outcomes, adoption considerations, and common objections in a commercially relevant manner.
• Experience supporting sales teams in SaaS, CRM, no-code, low-code, workflow automation, AI, or enterprise software.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies, including discovery, qualification, MEDDPICC, value selling, business case development, mutual action plans, pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and forecast discipline.
• Capability to create enablement that is practical, measurable, field-relevant, and embraced by sellers.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage sellers, managers, partners, and regional leadership effectively.
• Proficiency in simplifying complex platform, AI, and no-code concepts into clear messaging and execution guidance for sellers.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage, particularly for supporting LATAM field teams and regional enablement requirements.
