• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations to various external audiences, including C-level executives in India.
• Configure product installations and customizations during a Proof of Value (POV) engagement.
• Provide informal training for the India Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, aiding in technical sales and competitive messaging.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to our prospects and customers to enhance market share and ensure project success.
• You should be adept at working in a dynamic environment while managing multiple engagements.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer will serve as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and its prospects/customers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solution Architect in the IAM or Identity Security domain.
• Ability to articulate expert knowledge about the identity components of the attack kill chain and the identity-based tactics and techniques employed by attackers.
• Strong technical expertise in SaaS/Cloud platforms (such as Salesforce, Office 365) and security concepts (including network security, endpoint security, and threat detection).
• Familiarity with Active Directory architecture, authentication processes, and associated attacks.
• Comfortable presenting to large audiences, both remotely and in person.
• Proven track record of managing complex enterprise and strategic sales cycles from start to finish, including discovery, workshops, architecture design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to "quarterback" technical workstreams, effectively utilizing team resources to coordinate both internal and external experts, drive PoC execution, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Strong grasp of IAM principles, enterprise IT architectures, and system security measures, with extensive knowledge of systems, networking, and web platforms.
• Proven ability to work closely with Account Executives, providing technical insights and feedback to shape deal strategy.
• Comfortable presenting and delivering technical content to executives, architects, and technical staff, with the skill to translate technical capabilities into business impact.
• Eager to experiment with new technologies, techniques, and approaches to understand and communicate the unique value of CrowdStrike’s solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time within the domestic region.
