This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Configure product installations and customizations during POV engagements.
• Act as a liaison between the Product Management team and key accounts regarding their technical product needs.
• Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, supporting technical sales and competitive messaging.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to our prospects and customers to gain mind-share and ensure project success.
• Significant proven experience in sales engineering, particularly within the security and telecommunications sectors.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with large enterprise organizations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple engagements.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex scenarios and employing a systematic approach for quick resolutions.
• Ability to thoroughly comprehend complex architectures and swiftly identify potential gaps or opportunities to bypass traditional security technologies.
• Technical knowledge in relevant areas such as endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust, and MDR/XDR.
• Experience with Threat Intelligence solutions.
• Understanding of incident response and investigation methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and events.
