This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations.
• Set up product installations and customizations during a Proof of Value (POV) engagement.
• Act as a liaison between key accounts and the Product Management team to address their technical product needs.
• Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology, supporting technical sales and competitive messaging.
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor to our prospects and customers, fostering trust and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Significant proven experience in sales engineering, particularly in security, incident response, or security architecture design.
• Proven track record of working with Large Enterprise organizations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple engagements.
• Self-driven with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong presentation abilities, for internal and external audiences.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for analyzing complex situations and employing a systematic approach to achieve quick resolutions.
• Proficiency in comprehending complex architectures and swiftly identifying potential gaps or opportunities to circumvent traditional security technologies.
• Technical expertise in relevant domains such as endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust, and MDR/XDR.
• Experience with Threat Intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with Incident Response and investigative methodologies.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and events.
