This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and design solutions that fulfill those requirements.
• Offer technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, which includes conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
• Create technical proposals and address requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to provide insights and feedback for the product roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and solutions while keeping current with emerging trends and technologies in the security sector.
• Partner with the marketing team to produce technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that bolster our sales initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
• Proficient in the endpoint or network security domain – including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex security issues to a wide range of audiences.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently.
• Able to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should act as the technical liaison between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to present to diverse external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Extensive network in the information security field with strong references.
• Solid understanding of the MEDDIC-based sales process and proficient in articulating technical solutions to customers and prospects.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
• Background in sales engineering or over 5 years of pertinent work experience.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Knowledge of virtualization/VDI technologies.
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
