Regional Sales Director, West Region

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving team of sales professionals

• Drive strategic interactions with Health Systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)

• Take ownership of the Regional Distribution Strategy and its implementation

• Create and implement localized promotional initiatives in collaboration with distribution partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of pertinent experience in business or the diagnostic industry

• Proficiency in negotiating contracts that range from single-site agreements to extensive health system and enterprise partnerships

• Strong executive presence accompanied by exceptional negotiation capabilities

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with non-acute distribution partners

• Familiarity with PCR / molecular diagnostics is preferred.
