This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Execute strategies and processes for key accounts across all client interactions.
β’ Foster and enhance relationships with existing brokers/accounts while overseeing the recruitment of new brokers/accounts.
β’ Consistently update the DBS team on the status of your accounts.
β’ Engage in ongoing development of knowledge regarding industry trends, concepts, carriers, and products.
β’ Play a vital role in contributing to the agency's overall success and profitability.
β’ Previous experience in sales and relationship management within the life insurance sector is essential.
β’ Possession of a FINRA Series 6 or 7, or 63 license is mandatory.
β’ A college degree or equivalent higher education is preferred.
β’ A valid Life and Health License is required.
