
Regional Sales Director – Ohio Valley

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Recruit, develop, and oversee a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives throughout the Midwest.
• Establish a sales team and nurture the future sales leaders of Cribl.
• Create a business strategy aimed at exceeding sales objectives.
• Manage and uphold the sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing deals.
• You will be part of an established leadership team and play an essential role in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
• As a remote-first organization, our work spans various time zones; you may need to occasionally perform tasks outside of your regular working hours.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading Enterprise sales teams.
• A proven history of exceeding targets on an annual basis.
• Experience managing sales teams that operate through security channel partners.
• Proficiency in navigating complex sales processes.
• Familiarity with SAAS sales, including cloud services, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
• A track record of successfully closing large deals with major enterprises (Fortune 1000).
• Experience utilizing the MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Ability to develop a sales pipeline and secure new accounts.
• Bonus points/Preferred Skills: Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
