This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
β’ Offer guidance on production objectives, account conditions, trends, and marketing strategies
β’ Promote growth in a well-established, high-performing region encompassing the Mid Atlantic
β’ Cultivate relationships with existing brokers/accounts and oversee recruitment for new brokers/accounts
β’ Update the DBS team on the status of your accounts; ensuring they are aware of significant issues
β’ Ongoing enhancement of knowledge regarding the industry, concepts, carriers, and products
β’ Previous sales and relationship management experience in the life insurance sector is essential
β’ FINRA: Series 6 or 7, or 63 is mandatory
β’ A college degree or other advanced education is preferred
β’ Life and Health License is required
