This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Recruit, hire, and cultivate top-tier sales talent, create development plans for each sales representative, and inspire and coach the sales team to exceed targets.
• Identify and address customer challenges through Zscaler's distinctive value proposition.
• Assume the role of General Manager for your business, formulating a success plan, and accurately projecting business outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners, establishing joint plans, generating pipeline, and driving opportunities to successful closure.
• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive sales leadership experience in the software or security sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated progressive sales experience working with enterprise accounts and engaging at the C-Level.
• Reside in or be willing to commute within the greater TOLA region.
