This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of enterprise new business and expansion objectives, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining pipeline health.
• Implement go-to-market initiatives and actively support high-impact, strategic deals to facilitate closure.
• Promote disciplined CRM usage and data-driven decision-making to enhance sales performance.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-achieving team of Account Executives to surpass KPIs.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and proactive deal coaching.
• Establish clear performance benchmarks and create career development pathways for the commercial sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing on pipeline development and with Product to provide market insights.
• Work alongside Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and foster long-term growth.
• Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency throughout the commercial segment.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles for high-performing enterprise teams.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing targets within the SaaS industry.
• Experience with BI, data analytics, and/or ETL platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to drive results in fast-paced environments, particularly within Series A–D companies.
• Compensation: $350k–$400k OTE (50/50 split) + Equity.
