• Guide a team focused on clinical and market development initiatives.
• Formulate regional strategic plans aimed at achieving revenue, profitability, and market penetration objectives.
• Enhance regional performance by ensuring alignment and executing essential sales and service strategies and tactics.
• Create programs that foster additional sales revenue.
• Work collaboratively with the field team to devise strategies for increasing referrals of suitable patients.
• Provide continuous coaching and feedback to field sales and support personnel.
• Supervise training strategies and market development initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in personal computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed, and geographically diverse business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to effectively interact at various organizational levels.
