This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for implementing the sales strategy within the designated territory.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Formulate tailored account plans and strategies for both current and prospective clients.
• Cultivate business relationships with all management levels and functions within direct accounts.
• Spearhead sales initiatives through focused customer visits to key decision-makers and the development of RFP responses.
• Recognize and address customer objections throughout the sales journey.
• Track and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
• Ensure account retention by delivering exceptional customer and sales support.
• Collaborate closely with application engineers to coordinate technical assistance.
• Discover new sales opportunities for the m2mAir service offerings.
• Engage daily with prospects, customers, and channel partners to maintain a strong presence within the territory.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Over 10 years of sales experience in M2M, semiconductor, or a related field.
• Demonstrated history of consistently surpassing corporate goals and sales quotas.
• Technically adept with a successful background in long sales cycles and design-in semiconductor product sales.
• Must exhibit strong customer dedication and have a proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced, professional setting.
• Outstanding work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Capable of working independently without close supervision and collaborating as part of a professional team.
• Proficient in anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues while recommending effective solutions.
• Familiarity with channel programs such as design registration, ship and debit, etc.
• Knowledge of companies across various market verticals including, but not limited to, transportation, utility, security, and point of sale.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.
