This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of enterprise outbound initiatives and mentor your Account Executives (AEs).
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with AEs to assess their business requirements and coaching needs.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), product offerings, and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders in marketing, finance, and leadership.
• Establish primary objectives and formulate actionable plans.
• Facilitate regular pipeline assessments and ensure team accountability.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a frontline enterprise sales manager.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining top-tier sales professionals.
• A consistent history of precise roll-up forecasting.
• Proficient in conducting structured deal evaluations using a repeatable qualification framework.
• Proven track record of assembling high-performing teams that surpass revenue goals.
• Extensive experience in selling six-figure contracts to enterprise clients.
