This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Formulate and spearhead strategies to enhance adoption and revenue growth for Portworx.
• Assemble, mentor, and empower a diverse and inclusive sales team.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience to cultivate a vibrant customer ecosystem.
• Direct a thorough, value-based sales process optimized for SaaS and cloud-native software solutions.
• Work in partnership with Everpure and Portworx to ensure strategic coherence.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and market pathways.
• Foster differentiation for Portworx by creating and implementing integrated go-to-market strategies.
• Lead initiatives aimed at operational excellence.
• Define and monitor success metrics for pipeline generation, communications, and marketing efforts.
• Exemplify leadership by embodying the Pure Values.
• Demonstrated experience in leading high-growth software sales teams.
• Background in first-line leadership positions.
• A strong history of developing and executing territory and go-to-market strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of the cloud-native and Kubernetes ecosystem, DevOps, open-source software, and application modernization.
• A data-driven leadership approach.
