This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Play a pivotal role in the successful introduction and expansion of Mineralys' inaugural commercial product.
• Convert national strategies into effective regional execution.
• Propel business performance by demonstrating strong field leadership.
• Assemble and lead a high-achieving team of territory managers.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and adhere to compliance standards.
• Observe market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
• Guarantee that all regional operations are executed in full accordance with company policies.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience in a district or regional manager capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading specialty sales teams and surpassing performance targets.
• Previous launch experience is essential; experience in first-launch or startup biotech is highly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in recruiting and nurturing top talent.
• Strong skills in business planning, analysis, and coaching.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
