This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Play a vital role in successfully launching and expanding Mineralys’ inaugural commercial product.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of territory managers.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships.
• Enhance business performance through effective field leadership.
• Ensure alignment with corporate priorities, compliance standards, and the values of Mineralys.
• Oversee all regional launch planning and execution initiatives.
• Meet or surpass sales objectives, market share goals, and key performance indicators.
• Establish and nurture relationships with essential healthcare providers and strategic accounts.
• Guarantee that all regional activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech sales.
• More than 3 years of leadership experience in a district or regional manager capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance objectives.
• Prior launch experience is required; experience with first-launch or startup biotech firms is strongly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is highly desirable.
• Proven success in recruiting and developing top-tier talent.
• Strong skills in business planning, analytics, and coaching.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
