This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee all regional launch planning and execution initiatives to guarantee successful market entry and ongoing product adoption.
• Convert national brand strategy into practical regional business plans and field execution priorities.
• Lead the team to meet or surpass sales targets, market share objectives, and key performance indicators during the launch and thereafter.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to adapt strategy in real-time.
• Promote accountability for performance through data-driven decision-making and disciplined execution.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing territory managers throughout the region.
• Guide, coach, and inspire a team of approximately 8–12 territory managers.
• Establish and sustain a high level of understanding regarding disease states, clinical issues, and product knowledge.
• Assess the performance of territory managers and guide them in skill and career development through regular field interactions.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and continual improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with territory managers on significant customer interactions, access challenges, and formulate account strategies.
• Facilitate pull-through with IDNs, organized customers, and priority accounts.
• Work closely with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Training, Operations, and HR to ensure launch readiness and execution.
• Provide field-driven insights into brand planning, messaging, and tactical modifications.
• Cooperate with Area Sales Directors and colleagues to exchange best practices and ensure consistency across regions.
• Ensure that all regional activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
• Effectively manage regional budgets and resources.
• Maintain precise forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting discipline.

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in a district/regional manager role demonstrating people leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading specialty sales teams and exceeding performance goals.
• Prior launch experience is essential; first-launch/startup biotech experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in cardiovascular, nephrology, hypertension, or related specialty markets is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop top-tier talent.
• Strong business planning, analytical, and coaching abilities.
• Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
