Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish relationships with senior client stakeholders to understand their most pressing C&R business challenges while effectively communicating C&R Software’s capabilities.

• Investigate and develop potential solution opportunities through collaborative interactions with internal sales, product, delivery, and marketing specialists to craft and strategically position solution proposals.

• Develop detailed client business plans and engage in intricate deal negotiations to cultivate a stable and growing pipeline of current and future business prospects.

• Participate in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts aimed at safeguarding existing business while securing new deals.

• Ensure client satisfaction with the purchased solutions and the quality of service provided by C&R Software, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial, and profitable relationships.

• Work alongside Product Development, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to influence the future direction of our solution roadmaps based on regional market needs.

• Manage your sales performance against quarterly and annual targets, with substantial earning potential for exceeding those targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field, or equivalent experience gained in a commercial setting.

• Proven track record in establishing relationships with senior clients, combining insights into the client's industry and shared business challenges with your understanding of C&R Software’s solutions.

• Demonstrated success in structuring and selling complex enterprise solutions to large financial services and banking clients.

• A collaborative approach with experience engaging a diverse range of internal colleagues to present a compelling client value proposition.

• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
