This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute a regional sales strategy for designated accounts, predicting outcomes for both short-term and long-term objectives.
• Employ a customer-centric sales approach to uncover the distinct needs and ambitions of automotive dealerships and dealer groups.
• Be a proactive salesperson who excels in generating new revenue opportunities and enjoys enhancing and influencing key relationships with automotive dealers.
• Manage the entire sales process, which includes proactive prospecting, lead qualification, negotiating terms, closing deals, and overseeing contract finalization.
• Establish and nurture a robust regional sales pipeline by forming connections with dealer principals, general managers, and BDC Directors.
• Represent Infocus BDC at regional automotive events, state ADA gatherings, NADA, and digital conferences.
• Serve as the regional voice for the customer, relaying field insights back to leadership and product teams.
• Dedicate yourself to being a learner in the industry and our solutions, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of retail automotive trends, business processes, and the competitive environment.
• Achieve and surpass individual daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and objectives.
• Utilize Go High Level to meticulously track all activities and pipeline.
• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in an outside sales or business development position selling complex solutions to automotive dealerships, OEMs, or dealer groups.
• A substantial network of Dealer and Dealer Group contacts, as well as BDC Director connections within your region.
• Willingness to travel 25 to 50% in the field, including overnight trips.
• Proven experience with consultative solution selling to align client business needs with appropriate solutions.
• Strongly preferred experience in SaaS or BDC/technology within the automotive sector.
• Competence in data/analytics and sales experience.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, industry CRM, and DMS applications.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Familiarity with using a CRM (Go High Level).
• A valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation are essential.
