This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team (5+ direct reports) to achieve and surpass territory sales objectives.
• Define and execute strategic territory business plans aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and growth in market share.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and key decision-makers in the cardiac sector.
• Guide the team in providing clinical and technical value to clients through comprehensive product knowledge and solution-oriented selling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Executive leadership to ensure territory strategy aligns with broader company objectives.
• Analyze market trends, identify growth prospects, and create targeted action plans for underperforming accounts.
• Ensure continuous training, coaching, and professional development of the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive products, evolving clinical practices, and industry dynamics.
• Represent the organization at regional and national conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing 5+ sales representatives.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets within the cardiology or interventional medical device sectors.
• Strong background in relationship management, business planning, and strategic account development.
• In-depth knowledge of the cardiac care environment, intravascular devices, electrophysiology, or interventional cardiology is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and robust business acumen.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
