This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Oversees and drives regional sales operations for designated FVC access centers/facilities, providing direction and support to the Regional Sales Managers to achieve or surpass regional sales targets and objectives.
• Works in collaboration with peers, the VP of Sales, and Senior Management in Operations to formulate both short-term and long-term business strategies and tactics aimed at reaching sales goals and objectives.
• Takes necessary steps to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies, making local adjustments as required.
• Provides strategic leadership for both short- and long-term goals by effectively communicating the company’s mission and core values, facilitating positive change and/or establishing organizational structure within the assigned business unit(s).
• Guides operational initiatives through subordinates to ensure the effective administration of business processes and services, achieving operational goals within the designated business unit(s).
• Directs and oversees the comprehensive activities of the business unit(s) by interpreting, applying, and implementing company-wide policies and processes relevant to the functional area(s).
• Ensures adherence to budgets and timelines in compliance with company standards, holding significant organizational responsibility for planning, staffing, budgeting, expense prioritization, and recommending and implementing changes to existing methods.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; an Advanced Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience, or 3 years in a senior managerial position.
• Proven experience in managing one or more departments.
• Strong management capabilities with the ability to cultivate cohesive and productive teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management with diplomacy and tact.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management competencies, including knowledge of adult motivation concepts and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong abilities in team building, employee motivation, performance management, and decision-making.
• Proficient coaching and counseling skills.
• Proven track record of continuous quality improvement and relationship building.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the technical and clinical aspects of the vascular access industry.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential.
