This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Accountable for generating revenue through travel agency partners and overseeing all elements of Crystal Cruises' business development within a designated geographic area.
• Work collaboratively with various teams and departments across the organization to devise programs that enhance sales in their assigned region.
• Host sales meetings and provide updates on revenue growth metrics.
• Set revenue goals and evaluate productivity outcomes.
• Facilitate staff training and support agency advisors in recognizing group opportunities.
• Engage in events and participate in industry trade shows as necessary.
• Maintain a database of travel advisors' email contacts and conduct informational webinars as appropriate.
• A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in sales within the travel industry.
• Experience with luxury cruise lines is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury cruise market and its competitive landscape.
• Extensive knowledge of international destinations, particularly those offered by Crystal Cruises, is preferred.
• Established sales relationships within the travel industry in the assigned territory/region.
• Proven track record of sales success with a leading luxury travel organization is required.
• Preferred management experience includes overseeing sales teams.
• Must possess fluency in English.
