This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at exceeding short-, mid-, and long-term objectives and quotas for Cohesity’s data security and cyber resilience solutions.
• Forge and nurture robust relationships with leading enterprise customers and essential technology and channel partners, establishing Cohesity as a reliable platform for risk mitigation, ransomware resilience, and recovery.
• Build and guide a high-performing team of sales leaders and professionals (including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel leadership), recognized for their operational excellence and execution discipline.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with functional and executive leadership to ensure that regional priorities align with corporate strategy and global processes.
• Recruit, develop, and enhance an active partner ecosystem and OEM alliances to broaden market reach and accelerate deal velocity.
• Steer teams through intricate, high-value enterprise opportunities by reinforcing disciplined pipeline management, precise forecasting, and a consistent execution rhythm.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback regarding security trends, competitive dynamics, and field needs to shape the go-to-market strategy.
• Proven track record in leading large, multi-tier enterprise sales organizations (including managers of managers) within a fast-paced, highly competitive setting.
• Strong grasp of enterprise data security and cyber resilience, including ransomware recovery, risk, and compliance considerations, along with the ability to mentor leaders on security-led value discussions.
• History of driving substantial growth through disciplined operational practices, pipeline evaluation, and forecasting precision.
• Demonstrated capability in developing strategic customer relationships and partner ecosystems, including experience in enhancing OEM and alliance partnerships.
• Experience in guiding and supporting complex, high-value deal cycles involving intricate terms, conditions, and stakeholder dynamics.
• Highly regarded leader who upholds and expects high standards for themselves and their extended team.
• Willingness to travel as necessitated by the role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to boost productivity, optimize workflows, and aid decision-making.
• Must possess proficiency in the English language (capable of interacting with fluency in speaking, reading, and writing within a professional and specialized context).
