This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the regional go-to-market strategy for Cohesity’s solutions focused on data security, ransomware resilience, and cyber recovery.

• Mentor and cultivate multiple District Managers and senior sales leaders, ensuring consistent execution, performance, and growth of talent.

• Take responsibility for regional revenue outcomes, maintaining forecast accuracy and monitoring pipeline health across all managed teams.

• Assist teams in navigating intricate, high-value security opportunities involving executive stakeholders and complex requirements.

• Work collaboratively across functions with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Professional Services, and Product to ensure alignment and scalability.

• Develop and enhance strategic partner ecosystems to broaden market reach and speed up deal velocity.

• Represent the region in executive forums, sharing market insights, customer feedback, and intelligence on security trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in leading sales managers and enterprise sales teams within a competitive technology sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise security, cyber resilience, ransomware recovery, and compliance landscapes.

• Established track record of driving regional revenue growth, maintaining forecast rigor, and achieving multi-team quota targets.

• Experience in negotiating and managing complex, high-value enterprise deals with strategic clients.

• Proven capability to influence and align extended, cross-functional teams around common objectives.

• Strategic, trusted leader comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.

• Willingness to travel as necessary for the role.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and aid in decision-making.

• Must possess proficiency in English (able to communicate fluently in speaking, reading, and writing within a professional and specialized environment).
