• Lead and oversee a team of 10 District Sales Managers responsible for sales within a major retail environment.
• Propel performance indicators, including revenue, sales volume, attachment rate, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Create and execute regional sales strategies aimed at exceeding performance benchmarks in the telecommunications industry.
• Evaluate sales data, market dynamics, and in-store performance to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.
• Collaborate with store management and cross-functional internal teams to refine execution, promotions, merchandising, and staffing.
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to District Managers to strengthen talent and ensure excellence in execution at the store level.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, brand guidelines, and protocols for customer experience.
• Act as a subject matter expert and pivotal decision-maker for strategic planning, forecasting, and field operations.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in customer service, retail sales, and store management. (Experience in consumer electronics is advantageous)
• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably overseeing more than 100 locations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing direct reports and enhancing team performance across extensive geographic areas.
• Profound understanding of customer service and retail operations in a big-box setting.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
