• Promote and market Heath’s comprehensive range of products, equipment, and field services to utility clients, contractors, and industry partners throughout the Southwest region.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, fostering retention, satisfaction, and consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
• Identify and seek out new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, participation in trade associations, and cold outreach efforts.
• Create and present customized quotes, proposals, and presentations for both field-level contacts and executive stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and post-sale support.
• Represent Heath at industry events, trade shows, and training conferences while enhancing your personal brand within the natural gas community.
• Maintain precise and timely records in Salesforce CRM, including activity tracking and pipeline management.
• Contribute to territory forecasting and budgeting, providing monthly reports to leadership on sales activities and client engagement.
• At least 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in technical or industrial products.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the natural gas, utilities, energy, or construction sectors.
• Proven history of cultivating client relationships and meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to adjust to both field-level and executive audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable about Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Willingness and capability to travel 90% or more, including overnight stays and regular air travel.
• Must either reside in or be open to relocating to NV, UT, Southern CA, AZ, or NM and be located near a major airport.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in selling to gas utilities, municipalities, or infrastructure clients is advantageous.
• Background in technical product demonstrations or service-based solutions is a plus.
