This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Formulate and implement account strategies aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and potential clients across South Africa and Africa.
• Serve as the main contact for significant automotive clients.
• Establish robust relationships with key decision-makers.
• Evaluate market trends and client feedback to guide product development and innovation.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and the promotion of additional services.
• Work in close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• At least 8 years of B2B sales experience within the automotive sector.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI in Sales to enhance sales functionality and capability.
• A demonstrated history of generating existing business sales in a technology solution sales context.
• A professionally structured sales methodology that includes Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling, and Closing Techniques.
• Capacity to grow existing accounts and pinpoint new business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing client data and market trends.
