This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• - **Strategic Oversight:** Guide and support regional Customer Success Managers, ensuring that best practices for revenue growth are effectively applied across various territories.
• - **Performance Optimization:** Evaluate client performance metrics to uncover revenue opportunities and deliver actionable growth strategies.
• - **Business Reviews:** Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key partners, emphasizing ROI and sustainable expansion.
• - **Revenue Advocacy:** Actively collaborate with the client base to enhance direct online sales and refine distribution strategies.
• - **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Serve as a liaison between clients and our Product team to relay feedback and influence the development of new features.
• - **Market Presence:** Represent Exely at industry events and engage in proactive marketing initiatives to bolster our brand authority.
• - **Experience:** 2-3+ years in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Customer Success within the HotelTech/OTA/Hospitality sector.
• - **Industry Knowledge:** Solid understanding of hotel revenue models (distribution, pricing, ADR/RevPAR).
• - **Leadership Potential:** Experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading a team, or a strong aspiration to assume a Lead role.
• - **Analytical Mindset:** Proficient with data analysis (Excel, Power BI) and capable of transforming "dry numbers" into a compelling narrative for clients.
• - **Communication:** Outstanding relationship-building abilities; fluent in both English and Russian.
• - **Tech Savvy:** Knowledge of CRM systems (Bitrix/Hubspot) and Helpdesk platforms (Zendesk/Jira).
