Regional Remarketing Auction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify, acquire, and oversee auction partners to bolster revenue growth for SIXT.

• Manage strategic initiatives, promotional campaigns, and performance goals with auction partners and OEMs.

• Collaborate with direct dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing teams to ensure consistency and optimize volume.

• Maintain and improve auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer engagement.

• Address and resolve issues raised by auction partners.

• Establish best practices and represent units across wholesale channels.

• Support vendor partnerships and marketing initiatives.

• Assess vehicle disposal strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

• Develop and implement growth strategies.

• Represent the SIXT premium brand across various channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in the automotive sector.

• 3 years of experience in the auction sector.

• Ideally, 3 years of experience in the rental industry (strongly preferred).

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

• Familiarity with AutoIMS and regional pricing procedures.

• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of managing deadlines and working independently or remotely.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• High awareness of safety standards.

• Experience in analyzing remarketing data.

• Experience in developing comprehensive plans.

• Experience in establishing national vendor agreements.
