Regional Remarketing Auction Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Support the growth of SIXT's revenue by identifying, acquiring, and managing auction partners.

• Oversee strategic planning, promotional initiatives, and performance objectives with auction partners and OEMs.

• Collaborate with direct dealer sales, operations, and field remarketing to ensure consistency and maximize volume.

• Maintain and improve auction lane positioning, CR scores, and dealer participation.

• Address issues with auction partners and implement best practices.

• Represent vehicles across wholesale channels.

• Assist in vendor partnerships and marketing initiatives.

• Evaluate vehicle disposal strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs.

• Analyze remarketing data and formulate comprehensive plans.

• Establish national vendor agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive sector.

• At least 3 years of experience in the auction industry.

• Ideally, 3 years of experience in the rental industry (strongly preferred).

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

• Familiarity with AutoIMS and regional pricing processes.

• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or remotely.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of safety awareness.

• Experience in analyzing remarketing data.

• Proven experience in developing comprehensive plans.

• Background in establishing national vendor agreements.
