• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and hiring.

• Actively seek out and engage both passive and active candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs and deliver strategic guidance.

• Develop and sustain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure high-caliber hiring decisions.

• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Assist with recruitment projects, process enhancements, and initiatives aimed at employer branding.

• Utilize market insights and talent trends to shape hiring strategies.

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of comprehensive recruitment experience, particularly with senior-level or challenging positions.

• Demonstrated proficiency in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship development.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Expertise with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
