Regional Quality Manager – Midwest, Travel Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage and oversee the quality assurance and control processes for PV EPC projects.

• Ensure that projects adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

• Perform regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

• Offer training and guidance to project teams regarding quality assurance practices.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients.

• Keep comprehensive records of quality inspections and generate reports for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector.

• Quality management certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, along with OSHA 10, 30, Journeyman, etc., is highly desirable.

• In-depth understanding of quality assurance and control methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and electrical safety regulations.

• Familiarity with construction drawings and installation procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
