Regional Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and implement person-centered services while utilizing positive behavior support strategies.

• Foster supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff, individuals receiving services, and their families.

• Facilitate connections between individuals and meaningful community activities.

• Oversee developmental disability services programs within the Danville, Virginia regional area.

• Travel as required within the regional area.

• Operate from a home office with flexible telecommuting options.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical background with a solid understanding of person-centered service development and positive behavior support.

• Proven ability to cultivate supportive relationships with Direct Support Professional Staff, service recipients, and their families.

• Experience in connecting individuals to meaningful community activities.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field is mandatory.

• Preferred: minimum of one year of experience in the developmental disabilities (DD) sector.

• Preferred: two years of supervisory experience.

• Must have a home office setup and reliable internet access.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

• Strong references are a must.

• Successful completion of a criminal background check is necessary.
