This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Global Alliance Managers to tailor strategies, pinpointing target accounts and implementing impactful sales initiatives.
• Drive the "co-sell" process from opportunity identification to closure, working closely with other Regional Partner Managers and Field Sales teams to boost Wiz revenue.
• Ensure meticulous management in Salesforce; you will engage with the data daily to monitor KPIs, accurately forecast, and manage your pipeline to surpass a direct sales quota.
• Connect Wiz with the partner organization by facilitating local enablement sessions and fostering deep, trusted relationships throughout the GSI ecosystem.
• Plan and execute partner- and customer-facing events across the West Coast to enhance brand visibility and generate top-of-funnel opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales, alliances, and services teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy that positions Wiz as the preferred cloud security partner for GSIs.
• At least 5 years of experience in a sales or alliance management position specifically targeting GSIs.
• A proven track record of exceeding quotas and a strong understanding of pipeline metrics and KPIs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the capability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS or early-stage technology environments is strongly preferred.
• BA/BS degree is preferred. This role necessitates regular travel "up and down the coast" to meet with partners and teams in person.
