• You will oversee our B2B clients – ranging from brand dealerships to OEMs – on site, engaging as an equal partner with genuine enthusiasm.
• You excel in persuasion through your expertise and charisma – whether you are providing product training, facilitating strategic discussions, or supporting sales events.
• You will identify opportunities, onboard new partners, and develop existing customer relationships sustainably.
• Your experience will directly contribute to the company, enhancing the success of our sales projects.
• You will take ownership of your responsibilities and independently plan your routes – spending approximately 80% of your time with customers on site and 20% in the home office for planning, organization, and follow-up.
• You will cultivate genuine partnerships with a strong emphasis on long-term, trust-based relationships with our B2B clients in the Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Hesse regions.
• Ideally, you possess a commercial qualification or have experience in the automotive or insurance industries.
• Sales is your forte – you have some experience in B2B sales or a strong enthusiasm and willingness to grow in this area.
• You should be willing to travel (1–2 overnight stays per week).
• You work independently, methodically, and maintain an overview even during busy periods.
