This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with all partners at a regional level.
• Drive the strategy for regional partnerships to achieve mutually agreed pipeline generation, enablement, and business goals for the area.
• Collaborate with the global channel and regional field Wiz sales and technical teams to formulate a joint business plan for the partnership strategy in the region.
• Lead and facilitate internal enablement regarding partner go-to-market strategies and value for the region.
• Develop and implement Business Plans with designated Partner Accounts in the region.
• Conduct account mapping activities alongside Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers.
• Provide support and contribute to regional and channel team meetings, delivering updates on regional performance and progress.
• Share best practices in partnering with Wiz Sellers and Specialist teams.
• Influence the cloud strategy of regional partners for targeted accounts.
• Maintain proactive and reactive knowledge about account cloud spending, commitments, information, billing contacts, and more.
• Act as the primary contact for all partner activity support in the sales cycle of deals within your region, regardless of partnership type.
• Manage escalations and ensure that any challenges are effectively addressed.
• Hold Partners accountable to the Wiz Partner Rules of Engagement.
• Oversee partner application management and administration.
• Manage the Reseller Agreement process in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
• Handle MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, and order forms.
• Deliver the Wiz First Meeting Pitch to partner teams.
• Align with Wiz Marketing on the regional strategy involving partners.
• Work with field marketing to boost attendance and communicate follow-up strategies.
• Manage available budgets, including spiff promotion and execution.
• Oversee ACE management of incoming ACE deals through Workspan integration in SFDC.
• Qualify and administer deal registration.
• Collaborate with Wiz Sellers to manage deals and ensure seamless partner engagement.
• Track private offers and coordinate with Wiz Sellers and Partner Operations to guarantee smooth deal execution.
• Provide partner team forecasting to ensure proper deal management and engagement in opportunities.
• Submit weekly report updates to supported teams and leadership.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Strong channel leadership skills; adept at identifying the right partner for the right opportunity to meet regional objectives.
• Team-oriented; understands that selling is a collaborative effort.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding.
• Background in SaaS Channel operations.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
