This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with national partners, including CSPs, sellers, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Execute National Partner and CSP (AWS, GCP, Azure) strategies at a regional level.
• Spearhead enablement initiatives for South Korean partners, involving leadership, sales, and technical teams.
• Educate Wiz sellers on partner go-to-market strategies and their value propositions.
• Formulate and implement business plans focused on key partner accounts.
• Facilitate account mapping between partner and Wiz sales teams.
• Maintain regular leadership interactions between Wiz and partner sales leadership.
• Articulate partner strategies in weekly Wiz team meetings, sharing best practices and partner success methodologies.
• Oversee cloud strategies for partners targeting specific accounts.
• Keep proactive/reactive insights on accounts, including cloud expenditure, commitments, and billing contacts.
• Act as the primary contact for partner conflicts and provide sales cycle support within your region.
• Manage escalations and navigate conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal Partner Rules of Engagement.
• Supervise partner application management and administration.
• Handle reseller agreements in partnership with Wiz Legal (MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, order forms).
• Present Wiz's introductory pitch to partner teams.
• Collaborate with field and partner marketing on partner strategies, boosting attendance, and executing follow-up initiatives.
• Organize at least 4 partner events per quarter in conjunction with Wiz, CSPs, and partners.
• Manage budgets, SPIFFs, and promotional implementation.
• Oversee ACE deal management via WorkSpan integration in SFDC.
• Drive and qualify Partner-Sourced deal registrations.
• Assist Wiz sellers in deal management and ensuring smooth partner engagement.
• Track private offers and coordinate with sellers and partner operations to guarantee deal success.
• Provide forecasting for the partner team and maintain oversight of deal engagement.
• Submit weekly reports to leadership and supported teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in channel sales.
• Proven success in surpassing sales targets.
• Established relationships with leadership in South Korean partner resellers.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a mindset geared towards knowledge sharing.
• Strong process orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of channel sales and partnerships.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS channels.
• Knowledge of Cloud Service Provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
