This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Manage relationships with all partners at a regional level and drive commercial business initiatives.
• Implement the regional partnering strategy to achieve jointly established pipeline generation, enablement, and business objectives for the area.
• Collaborate with the global channel and regional field Wiz sales and technical teams to create a unified business plan for the partnering strategy in the region.
• Lead internal enablement regarding partner go-to-market strategies and value propositions for the region.
• Develop and execute business plans with designated partner accounts in the region.
• Facilitate account mapping activities with Partner Sellers and Wiz Sellers.
• Assist and contribute to regional and channel team meetings by providing updates on regional performance and progress.
• Share best practices on partnering with Wiz Sellers and specialist teams.
• Influence the cloud strategy of regional partners for targeted accounts.
• Maintain proactive and reactive knowledge of account cloud spending, commitments, account details, billing contacts, etc.
• Serve as the primary contact for any partner activity support during the sales cycle of deals in your region, regardless of partnership type.
• Manage escalations and ensure that any challenges are effectively resolved.
• Hold partners accountable to the Wiz Partner Rules of Engagement.
• Oversee partner application management and administration.
• Manage the Reseller Agreement process in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
• Handle MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, and order forms.
• Deliver the Wiz First Meeting Pitch to partner teams.
• Align with Wiz Marketing on the regional strategy regarding partners.
• Collaborate with field marketing to drive attendance and communicate follow-up strategies.
• Manage available budgets, including spiff promotions and execution.
• Oversee ACE management of incoming ACE deals via Workspan integration in SFDC.
• Qualify and administer deal registrations.
• Manage deals alongside Wiz Sellers to ensure seamless partner engagement.
• Track private offers and work with Wiz Seller and Partner Operations to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Forecast partner team activities to ensure appropriate deal management and engagement in opportunities.
• Provide weekly report updates to supported teams and leadership.
• Detail-oriented with a process-driven approach.
• Proven leadership in channel management, capable of identifying the right partner for specific opportunities to meet regional objectives.
• Strong team player, recognizing that selling is a collaborative effort.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Background in SaaS channel environments.
• Consistent history of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Experience with cloud service provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
