This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Manage relationships with our Distributors and Resellers in the Japan Market.
• Develop and implement strategy alongside supporting account mapping activities with our Partners and resellers.
• Collaborate with our Partner Sales Engineers on technical enablement and create an enablement strategy that assists all partners in becoming proficient with Wiz’s products.
• Maintain a regular team meeting schedule to present updates to the Wiz sales team in the region.
• Proactively and reactively gather account knowledge regarding cloud spending and commitments, account details, billing contacts, etc.
• Handle escalations to ensure conflicts are resolved effectively.
• Ensure partners comply with external partner rules of engagement.
• Assist in holding Wiz sellers accountable for internal partner rules of engagement.
• Manage and administer partner applications.
• Oversee the reseller agreement process in collaboration with Wiz Legal.
• Deliver the initial meeting pitch to partner teams for Wiz.
• Coordinate with field marketing to drive attendance and communicate follow-up strategies.
• Manage available budgets, including spiff promotion and execution.
• Ensure partner team forecasting is accurate and deals are managed effectively.
• Provide weekly report updates to supported teams and leadership.
• A Channel Matchmaker. You have a knack for identifying the right partner for the right opportunity.
• A Team Player. Sales is a collaborative effort, and the field is our customer; you were the 'go-to' channel person for your previous Field teams.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Background in SaaS Channel.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience with Cloud Service Provider Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
